Laurelight's Debut EP "Connected" Gives An Optimistic View For The Days To Come.

UK based Laurelight creates contemporary pop that embraces motifs from synth pop to disco funk music and has released his first EP today. With a sound inspired by artists The Weeknd, BrunoMars, Charlie Puth, and Christine and the Queens, you're sure to get up and groove to "Connected." We love the funky bass riffs and catchy vocal melodies in this EP that bring attention to the messages of interactions and relationships with other people. His artist brand focuses on a main concept, "The Darker it gets, the Brighter you become," which sums up this project and his resilient attitude towards the difficulties that life puts us through. "Connected" has been written over the last 3 years focusing on the role of music seen as pure connection that allows listeners to heal from past adversities and look forward to a better time ahead.

In 2020 Laurelight released the first two singles off this project, "Stuck in a Moment" and "Magic," which gathered more than 8,000 streams on Spotify, reaching playlists, radio, and blogs from all over the world. The third single titled "Rainbow" was released on May of 2021 and gained recognition from international blogs based in Europe and India as well.

Laurelight celebrates the release day with a live performance in his hometown back in Italy. The Ep Promo Video and its single ‘Password’ music video have been filmed in Brescia and London, 2 cities that connects the artist’s life with his musical background along the journey.
